Hello doc .. my baby is 4 months old.. she is on breastfeeding. i taken ipill after sex.. now my milk production is very less. i taken Estrogen-containing contraceptives. it harm in milk production. how to increase milk production. em worried for my baby.. plz help

Hi. I pill doesn't harm. So don't worry. And if milk production is less then u can have lactonic granules 2 tsf 3 times a day
