Breastfeeding and formula milk related
Hi doctor, my baby is 1 month 6 days old. In initial days he was not latch breastmilk, i give him breast milk by using breast pump, he was on formula milk but past 15 days he started latching properly. Now he is on breastmilk and formula milk both. My question is, after feeding him 1 hour breastmilk, he never get satisfy and give sign of hunger then i give him formula milk and he gets calm. Why is it?
I think breastmilk supply also okay as I feel heaviness, leaking and other sign of normal milk supply.

If the weight gain and urine output is good then you no need to worry.. newborn babies will stick to breast not only for feeding they also have some comfort and warmth..

Greetings. You should continue with breastmilk and breastfeeding.. you should continue breastfeeding till baby satisfy.. ma'am if baby takes only foremilk then he/she will awake after sometime. Do continue breastfeeding at same breast until baby satisfy.(hindmilk)
