Firstly,you must take a good healthy diet,feed the baby at regular intervals and very important,be in a relaxed state-of mind,stress decreases lactation.
If you're already doing the above,you can try cap lactare 2 caps 3 times a day and tab perinorm twice a day,both for two weeks.
If it works,continue for 3 months,but if not,stop the medicines,start formula milk.
