My one breast is bit larger than other I feel no lump but sometimes little pain that comes and goes when I touch is there anything serious? iam worried

Though its not uncommon to have one breast larger then other , but complains of pain is concern worthy .Which needs assessment . And if there is significant difference in size then also I will advise you to consult me to rule out any serious problem.
