Breast pain
My breast have been aching for 6 weeks. At first the pain was my entire breast now it's mostly on and around my nipples. I'm not pregnant or lactating. Not my menstrual. No lumps. No bruises. They hurt worse when touched. I keep assuming it's hormones but is it? I'm 21 and vegan. I'm assuming it's not my age or eating habits. The last time I had blood work done everything was said to be normal.
