How to reduce breast milk Due this reason I am facing breast pain, unable to Control pain from last night please advise

If you are lactating and are talking about breast engorgement due to excessive milk production. you need to discard the excess milk. Manual expression or using a breast pump may help. Take NSAID s like combiflam or brufen Do hot fomentation. Wear tight breast support.. If too much still and you feel lumps better get clinical examination done by a surgeon..
