Hello, from last month I found a dark circle around nipple, too much itching sometime it makes pain to me please suggest and let me know about this

Thank you for your question It is possible you have a fungal infection on the skin of the nipple. If this responds to local antifungal cream like candid you should know within 7 days. If not you need to show a dermatologist
