Breast lump
Hi ..My breast SonoMammography report showing right breast has multi lobulated regular marginated solid 4.5*3.5*3.5 cm sized mobile solid hypoechoic lesion with cystic degeneration changes and internal vascularity within.
I don't have any other symptoms other than this does above reports means I have a chances of breast cancer or fibroadenoma or any other tumor.Do I have to get operated .Which surgeon do this surgery.

Yes.. For this size lesion U have to be operated. Atleast u should do biopsy from the lesion then proceed based on the report.. It may be Cancer also.. So consult soon without delay..

Dear Madam...
Based on the above report is preferable that you plan for a biopsy of the tumor followed by Surgical Removal by a Surgical Oncologist
