Breast lump and pain
Hi i am unmarried i have lump in breast and i was done biopsy on 2017 and the result is as follows Microscopic description . Section shows cores of breast tissue with stromal sclerosis and focal adenosis with focal microcalcification .no evidence of malignancy.please explain the meaning anything serious.

They do not need to be treated.Benign (non-cancerous) breast conditions are very common, and most women have them. In fact, most breast changes are benign. Unlike breast cancers, benign breast conditions are not life-threatening.Some breast changes may not cause symptoms and may be found during a mammogram. Some breast changes may not cause symptoms and may be found during a mammogram. Sclerosing adenosis is a special type of adenosis in which the enlarged lobules are distorted by scar-like tissue. This type may cause breast pain.Women with adenosis do not need treatment, but might be watched closely.
