Breast discomfort and soreness
I feel discomfort and heaviness in my breast sometimes.Slight pain and tenderness i can feel when accidentally pressing somewhere but no pain when i touch or press myself.Left side if my left breast feel little lumpy compared to right side.I did sonomammography last month because i was so tensed.Result come out normal birad 1.Still i had slight pain and discomfort on breast right after my periods ends and same lumpiness i can feel on left breast.Nothing was seen in usg as per doctor.Why so?Is it normal or concerning?should i repeat sonomammography?Please reply im so worried.scan report attached.
