Breast Discharge
I am a 35/F I have non spontaneous breast discharge from both breasts however the consistency n colour differs. From the left it is white n thick n from the right cloudy , however the discharge is a very small amount. A year back had got a bilateral n axilla usg and everything was ok. However today the cloudy discharge from the right nipple was streaked with blood (not bright red but maroon) . Is it a sign of breast cancer

Need to get a ultrasound breast and axilla and USG guided FNAC if suspicious. Chances of ductal papilloma is there.

Nipple discharge is usually nothing to worry about. Still, because it can be a sign of breast cancer, it's worth having a doctor check it out. It's especially important to see a doctor if: you have a lump in your breast.
Next Steps
Nipple discharge (ND) can be the earliest presenting symptom of breast cancer. We hereby present two cases of breast cancer with no palpable mass manifesting as isolated ND, which was whitish in color. In both cases, cytology of the discharge revealed highly pleomorphic cells indicating a high grade malignancy.
