Asked for Female, 29 Years

Good day, My friend got pregnant a few years ago, in 2017. And she had an abortion since for some reason she was unable to keep the baby. Since then, she has been releasing small amounts of breast milk and water from her breast. How can we stop it? Is there medication that can stop breast milk secretion and ease pain?
