Breast Cancer in Male
I'm a 24 year male and I seem to have a lump in the area close to nipple. I tried some self-examination from google - there are no visible signs of changes on skin and nope itself. It's just the lump. It's quite painful on pressing and it's decently big in size. Can that be a case of breast cancer? What should be my immediate next steps? Thank you!

This sounds like a condition called gynecomastia... Please show it to a surgeon or surgical oncologist.
