So, as per your description you're undergone Breast conservation surgery with Adjuvant Chemotherapy+ Radiation, now on Hormone. To opine precisely I need to know about the Initial stahge of your disease and Hormone receptor status. But it can be told that, with adequate surgery and adjuvant therapies (what you have already taken) Breast Conservation Therapy and Mastectomy results are similar. There is no such recommendation till date to remove the remaining breast tissue after Breast Conservation to prevent relapse. Please do continue the Hormone therapy. There is no such dietary recommendations. Try to have healthy nutritious food. If you are diabetic, try to avoid simple carbs, starch, take more protiens.

Breast conservation surgery( removing only lump) vs mastectomy had same chance of cure and relapse. So no need to worry. During hormonal therapy no special diet, you shall take normal diet
