I have got red color small pimple like bump near my nipples... feel xctly like pimple red in color.. looks lik it has some puss in it .. and if try to squeeze starts painin.. what is it? Wnd how do i treat it?

You should see a surgeon for ruling out and breast pathology . A thorough examination by a surgeon will rule out the various causes .
