Before 1 month my breast abscess surgery was done but now 1 lump again formed at same breast. Why new lump formed and is this abscess or not?

If the wound has closed. Sometimes the wound closes before the cavity of abscess is healed can lead to such situation.
If wound has not closed then there be a separate compartment in which collection has formed
