Breast abscess post needle aspiration
We are having 1 month old boy baby and my wife suffered from breast abscess on 3rd week and we have consulted a gynaecologist and the doctor treated it by needle aspiration with ultrasound guidance to take out the pus of about 25ml from 3.5mm diameter of infected area and prescribed ceptum antibiotic with a probiotic, pain killer and paracetamol tablets for 5 days. At the end of the course my wife still feels inflammation, pain and burning sensation while milk flow in the previously infected area. During the check up with doctor again she said that there is a blocked duct and incision cut needs to be performed to cure it. Is there a way to cure the problem without incision cut? Can sunflower lecithin as suggested widely in internet can be used to remove the blockage? Please help me.

Without cutting it is not possible because there is continuous secretion of milk so it will heal better go drainage and then every late day dressing with antiseptic lotion and take antiflamatory medicine.
