Vital Statistics & Rapid Changes
Weight Gain: 11.3 kg (approximately 25 lbs) in a very short period.
Fat Distribution: Development of a "moon face" and significant abdominal weight gain despite no change in diet.

2. Objective Lab/Imaging Findings
Plain CT Head/Sinus: Shows Severe Nasal Obstruction and Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy. (Note: This was a plain study without contrast, so pituitary microadenoma was not ruled out).
Ferritin Levels: 4 ng/mL (Severely deficient).
Iron Deficiency: Currently experiencing symptoms of severe anemia.
3. Neurological Symptoms
"Brain Zaps": Frequent electrical shock sensations in the head, especially when moving eyes or lying down.
Pressure Sensations: Intense pressure behind the eyes and in the sinus cavities (matches the crowding seen on CT).
4. Physical Symptoms (Systemic)
Severe Edema: Visible swelling in the face and nasal passages.
