Brain tumor diagnosed
Hello dr, My grandfather diagnosed with high grade glioma..but he didn't have any symptoms of tumor before...now his left side body paralyzed and have memories issues also...Dr suggested of surgery but my family have fear of surgery...after 1 st mri we take another mri , where size show some point less and nothing increased ... please suggest is it cancer or bengin tumor...aur alternative treatment , without surgery... please help us...i m sending both report of mri

the scan report looks like a high grade glioma and it requires maximal safe resection of the tumour followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The prognosis of the tumour depends on the grade of the lesion and the response to all these interventions.
