  4. Brain Stroke. Issue with the vision.

A 66 year old patient with high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus (on-insulin). Had a history of brain stoke in year 2012 but it was minor. On December 22nd Friday, we suspect he had another stroke as he is experiencing double vision. Current symptom includes only issue with the vision.
