Brain Hemmorage
Brain hemmorage has occur and patient has gone through a surgey on 9th oct 2020 . Due to fever he to lethargic next day again shifted to ventilator on 13/10/20 ventilator is removed patient consciousness level is normal he able to move his all the limbs, understand all the things but can't speak. Second problem is if anything is given orally the coughing reflex arises,   The drugs are:- meropenem Paracetamol Levofloxcin Cort-s Clonidine tab. Telmisartan tab. Acetylcysteine injection From 18/10/20 Vancomycin is started and meropenem is stopped. Also ceftazidime . Started Now the patient status is Approximately fully conscious can understand everything perform movements of limbs. Speak very little words are not clear enough fever approx 100 degree Fahrenheit. All the reports are normal like CBC, RFT, LFT, ABG Etc. Question 1.) Is the line of treatment is correct and plzz tell is reason of repeated fever...ask for 48 years old patient male
