My mama back head is paining sharply day and night ny doctor consultant we find that brain veins are increasing and decreasing and give a sharp pain

Hey, it could be vascular headache if he has pulsatile unbearable headache , toxic headache and cluster headache are other two possibilities , need further examination and investigation . Give detailed history to physician which can help doctor to diagnose properly.
