Brain fog and low libido
Hello doctors I am a 28 years old male.My problem is that I get severe brain fog after ejaculation,even after a noctural involuntary emission.Apperantly orgasm causes brain chemistry changes or inflammation that make me feel like my brain isn't working.I also feel head pressure in the frontal head around eyes and nose but its not a headache,it just heaviness of the head that gets worse when trying to complete tasks.
It starts 1 to 2 hours after orgasm and persists for 2 days.
During these days I also feel anhedonic,can't feel anything,libido is vanished.This has caused depression because my mind doesn't function most of the time.I have tryied antidepressants which have helped me with mood and sleep,but the brain fog seems to be a separate condition which has not been affected by ssri or snri I have used.I am very desperate because I am not getting any advice from doctors .Hope you can help me.Thank you
