In the mornings I wake up with very high energy, but I can't focus for more than 30 minutes because I get a headache on the back of my head and numbness in my head.

Hello, Headache can be caused due to number of reasons. Get your eyesight checked. Headache associated with vision problem is usually associated with working on screens or working under dim light. Headache associated with underlying stress is usually of mild to moderate intensity and not increased by any physical activity. If there is associated running nose, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting, intolerance to voice and light it can be cluster or migraine type.
