Dear Mr The numbness in head , difficulty to concentrate, mood swing are symptom of depression, Are you comparing yourself with others. Are you unhappy that you have not accomplished like others with whom you compare yourself. If all the time you are in those thought process itself, when will you actually process the plans and wishes of your life or future. You need to have diagnosis session with Psychologist
