Brain clot
Hi.. My brother is suffering from Brain clot.. Earlier he got treated for 5days in icu . Doctor said for surgery thn we shifted him to another hospital.. After CT scan and MRI he was hospitalised for 15 days.. After that doctor discharge him from hospital saying that clot is not too much can be cured by medicines. He has improved but still has speech issue specifically relating the item names. Medicines prescribed are.. 1).levepsy 1gm..2).diamox 250mg...3).metaspan...4).acitrom 4mg /3mg..5)naxdom....6)looz.... Will he be able to recover completely.. Are medicines OK or do we need to consult more

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... And I have gone through your querie in detail...I would like to tell you that in neurological cases we also can't predict outcome we can give the best treatment possible...since he is improving he is responding positively for the treatment and he should be fine in couple of months... Just be in continues touch with your treating doctors with fallowup visits they will do the needful... And I want assure that he is been treated properly just trust your doctors and I wish him speed recovery.. Good luck.
