I'm surfing slow heart rate from last 3-4 months my heart rate is 35 bpm. Doctor said pacemaker is urgent . and give me some medicine as ORCIBEST I want to know this medicine is correct for my problem .please guide me for further assistance .

Hey, orcibest is given in bradycardia , bad taste, nervousness, headache, dry mouth, increased sweating, Increased heart rate, cramps, chest pain, dizziness are the common side effects
