The report shows that he had subluxation of cervical vertebrae. And the report was taken eight months back.
I would recommend you to go for another MRI and EMG for left hand.
How long you have been doing Physiotherapy and what treatment?
What are all the other treatments done?
Next Steps
You should consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist or Neurologist in person or through online call for further evaluation and treatment.
Madam its subluxation in cervical spine.
It takes time through physiotherapy to recover.
The best way i advice it to visit chiropractor for this cervical issue as of paralysed, it will recover in 6-12 months depending on the responce of the body and exercises to be done carefully at home even after physio sessions.
Through Xray, MRI or EMG need to taken to confirm if bracial plexus developed or not.
Due to subluxation the hand got affected, it will recover slowly.
Visit orthopedic doc for confirmation or take X ray of the same.
