probably last bracket region may be impenging use soft wax soften in warm water and apply in last bracket area consult your doctor for clinical evaluation and resolve the issue immediately.

Ok. This is a common problem for people in the initial days off braces placement. Till you see your dentist place a little cotton on the cheeks in that area. When you see the dentist, they will cut excess wire and give you some wax to apply on the bracket. Don't worry.
