Normal resting heart rate is 60-90 bpm. 90-92 is little on higher side. It could be due to poor fitness, anxiety or excess caffeine intake. Thyroid abnormalities can give fast hear rate too.

Yes these values are within normal limits. If you want to reduce it further then do regular endurance exercise to increase your vagal tone and thereby decrease heart rate.
