I am a 24 year old student and I use a fitness tracker daily to assess my daily sleep and moving patterns. I see that most of the times my BPM is above 80 unless I am sleeping. What is the ideal BPM and how can I keep it in control generally ?

IF YOU DO STILL EVERY THING AND YOUR BP IS 80 IT IS QUIET OK AND YOU ARE COMPLETELY NORMAL.
