What is the ideal BPM
I am a 24 year old student and I use a fitness tracker daily to assess my daily sleep and moving patterns. I see that most of the times my BPM is above 80 unless I am sleeping. What is the ideal BPM and how can I keep it in control generally ?

BP BELOW 100 DURING WAKEFULL STATE IS DESIRED HEALYTHY AND ACCEPTED AS NORMAL. HENCE YOUR 80 BP IS QUIET NORMAL. OF COURSE THE LESSER THE BETTER. THE ONLY WAY TO DECREASE THE BP FURTHER IS BY REGULAR EXERCISE SCHEDULE , IDEAL BODY WEIGHT AND REFRAING FROM EXCESS OF SMOKE, ALCOHOL, CAFFEINE. IF YOU DO STILL EVERY THING AND YOUR BP IS 80 IT IS QUIET OK AND YOU ARE COMPLETELY NORMAL.
