I have BP since 20years I take METODER XL 50 But BP is 150/100 last one month what can I do please tell solution

Hello. Your BP is quite high, despite taking BP meds. Please contact a local physician or cardiologist as you will need another BP medication to control your high BP. And maintain a BP chart with regular BP monitoring.
