Bp medicines skip for 2 days

Asked for Female, 52 Years

Hello Doctor will there be an issue if my aunt skips here meds for high bp.mostly her bp is 130/80 But yestrday it was 120/70 so she has skipped yestrday and today's meds.She is an early CKD patient.
