BP medicine and electrolyte imbalanc
It's clear from my internet research CTD 6.25 , Telma H could cause electrolyte imbalanc, which exactly happened two times in two years. In this case how should doctor select BP medicine? Unless powerful medicine is given my mother's BP don't come under control.

chlorthalidone and telmisartan might have side effects but that is rarely the root cause of electrolyte imbalance. usually sodium, potassium, calcium imbalance will have a root cause which has to be investigated. oldage is also a factor. please consult a physician to rule out other organ dysfunctions.
