Bp medication
I have sinus trychardia.in a little intese situation my heart rate goes up.but normally its around 75 to 80.at night rest its around 60 to 65.my bp ranges between 120\80 to 135\80.average 130\80.i feel paltipation if i suddenly stand up from laying down.my doctor recomemnded me metropol 25 .i heard its a bp medication it has habit forming issue.if i take it can i stop it in future my bp is not that high i think.

Please follow your doctor's advice. Metoprolol lowers the heart rate as well as BP. No habit forming issue, but it should not be stopped abruptly without medical advice.
