I am using an omron automatic blood pressure machine .I can see around 10-15 points of difference when I measure in left and then right hand.
Is this a thing to be worried ?
Any good video or link to know the correct procedure to measure BP will be highly appreciated

Don't overthink it. These are inherent flaws of electronic measuring devices. Take an average instead of single measurements. Also follow the correct procedure. Also statistically 10 mm difference between both arms is not significant.
The device should be kept at the level of the heart. Placement of the cuff should be optimal. Every electronic device however has its specific working instructions that need to be followed.
