Bp issue - orthostatic
I am having telma 40 bp med since a week. My bp when lying down is ok. But when i sit up , my distollic bp rises to 100. Systollic stays unchanged .
What could be the issue ? Any variant of telma i should take ?

Wait for telma to act. Keep daily BP chart for next 1 week. In case of persistently high BP you need change of medicines
