Your blood pressure is on the higher side and reduced Hb. However FBS is normal but would still advice to get PPBS and HbA1C.

If its your first high bp reading, you need to keep check on bp for next few weeks, you can write it on a diary.Till then do excercise, avoid extra salt and fried food.As Hb is little lower side you have to eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.Rest of further investigation, youcan consult me online

You should check your blood pressure atleast twice in next 5 days and consult if it is same or above
Avoid excess salt intake
No diabetes
Get complete heomogram done to know why your hemoglobin is 10
