Bp and anxiety
Hi, Yesterday my bp was 140-90. Before that I was feeling normal. Tingling in hands and feet and on face. Pressure on ear. But 4 days back bp was 128-80 within normal range. Should I consult with psychiatric. I feel always very nurvous and low also I was in stress for long time last 2 years but never seen bp high. Now fear is in mind and my bp readings getting high. It's twice in month I get this bp readings. 140-90. Is it worried factor? Or I can avoid and concentrate on my lifestyle for the same. I am very confuse please guide me
