Bowel problem
I'm a bachelor staying in a shared plan. There is no such thing called a regular diet, I eat sometimes, I sleep bare stomach some nights. Few days I cook and eat and few days I may order some junk food online. I'm having bowels problem since the past few days. It is taking a lot of time and my stomach is not clear even after that. I'm feeling uneasy with all of these things. I need some home made solutions for this. Even some sort of tablets will work. Thank you

Hello there..... I can understand your concern..... Add fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
