I am getting a lot of pain before bowel moment, after that getting a lot of relief from past 3 days, what I should do, I am suffering daily 5-10 times give me a solution

Hi, it could be just infection of large bowel. But will require basic tests. Please meet a gastroenterologist since frequency is quite high
