I had vaginal delivery before 2month now m having stool incontinence I can't control the pressure in morning also stool passing with flatulence..what should I do to complete cure of it please

Hi Mam. First of all congratulations for Baby. Bowel incontinence includes involuntary leakage or loss of control of gas, liquid stool, mucous, or solid stool, which very common in some patients after vaginas deliver.For many woman it's improve or disappear within few month.and still after that if u have severe symptoms then it's need to physical examination vagina, rectum, anal sphincter muscles, and pelvic muscles.
Next Steps
Please do some.physical therapy exercises regularly, then physical therapy is usually successful in improving symptoms of bowel control.and diet as well.

Take fiber fruits,curd,cucumber,lassi ,avoid all preparations of fast foods & BESAN do anal muscle contraction excercise

Sometimes during delivery the anal sphincter gets torn or cut. It has to be repaired properly by suturing after the delivery. Of not repaired properly it leads to fecal incontinence. You can start with pelvic excercise. If it doesn't get better, surgery is the last option.

Need to rule out anal sphincter dysfunction.. commonly injured during vaginal delivery.. visit a General Surgeon.. will need to exam and accordingly advice further care..!!
