Have a large amount of salad with your dinner and preferably before dinner. Try to have your dinner by 8pm. This will surely cure the problem of incomplete evacuation and loss of pressure build up in the morning. Incorporate a little bit of yoga and stretching exercise in your routine. After you drink water in the morning, do a few repetitions of "Taad asan" and "Tiriyak Taad asan"(Google it for exact procedure). Homeopathic treatment can cure IBS, I can say that because I have successful cured one patient of the same, who was told by GIT specialists that she would be on medication and strict diet all her life and that there was no cure for her. So, rest your worries.
