My son's legs are bow shaped and his feet does not rest fully (only front part rests) on ground while walking. He is 15 months old. Is it normal? Does massaging legs help?

If he has been walking only for a short time, then it will gradually improve.
However you will need to see a Paediatric Orthopaedic surgeon or an Orthopaedic surgeon who operates or see children's problems. Majority of these cases are within normal limits. But get this seen to for a proper advice.
