Greetings. Madam you can not try any medine to know the difference..what is age of your child. 23months. ! Start weaning properly. Always start with one item at a time per week . Always small quantity and then go on increasing. In quantity. Next week introduce second item continuing first item Go on introducing new items. You give banana mash in first week . Second week start egg. Always start with small quantity to exclude egg allergy. Give so many things available. Boiled or fried . Veg like carrots, sweet potato. Green veg like spinach. Rice dal. Colic is common in children where there is lot of stress.Never shout or abuse or argue infront of children. Such children have colic problem. Set time table for morning first milk , then breakfast mid day fruit like banana Lunch with cereals and veg and dal. Afternoon fruit protein biscuits. With milk . Again dinner like lunch. Then dinner and supper.
Don't forget immunization hygiene..take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue.Pandemic is still there. Stay at home safe.
