Please avoid bottle and formula feeding as it is different from breast feeding
Breast milk is essential for brain growth and immunity
So give only exclusive breastfeed till 6 months of age
It will be sufficient for the baby
So don’t worry
You take plenty of fruits and vegetables, egg , fish, meat, dhal
Continue iron and calcium supplements given to you during pregnancy till 6 months
