  4. Both the eyes are keep getting blinking.

Both the eyes are keep getting blinking
Both the eyes are keep getting blinking. There was a pain on top of eye lids. Consulted ENT and Ophthalmologist however not cured yet. Came to know it could be a neurological problem. Please let me know what could be the best way to diagnose this.
