Both side neck pain with shoulder pain
Hi, I am suffering from neck amd shoulder pain from 6 months.. I have done cervical xray and it came as normal... Then i went to an orthopaedician he said that i have swelling in back side of left shoulder and little bit on right too.. From back shoulder look uneven ... And the neck pain is also at peak... He advised me to have cold laser therapy on swelling.. Will it work ?? And will this therapy treat my neck pain too..? Please help... Pain areas are in picture uploaded

Get treatment for cause of pain instead of only pain. You need some exercises,  manual therapy along with some pain relieving modality to have complete recovery. With only lase therapy you may feel better but symptoms may recur after some time. Consult physiotherapist, you will definitely get better.

Hello! you should start with physio pain relieving sessions. The sessions will settle the pain. There after very gradually the exercises will be added to strengthen the muscles

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
