Both kidney got damaged ,want kidney transplant option find not able to get any donar because in family their is no one who can give kidney , father brother died in accident, mother blood group is not matched

Please ask your Nephrologist. There is option of cadaveric/ ABO incompatible/ altruistic kidney transplant.
