Both Ear paining. air pressure in one
My daughter is 4 years and 8 months old. She will complete 5 years in coming August 2021. She is complaining  about air pain in both ears. Air Pressure in one ear (right). Audio test is also done She hears very well. her ears are paining since last year almost an year. What are the solution? when this problem will go away?

Send the audiometry reports. Rule out adenoids and glue ear.

Earache in children is due many cause . It could be due to ascending infection from other sources like tonsillitis / adenoiditis  or even rhinitis.. so you need to consult further in detail . And please don't give flonase (fluticasone) in 4 yr child rather mometasone ( momeflo ) is preferred more in this age group
